Adora's Art And Photography: Pumpkinfest at Downey's 2013

About Adora's Art and Photography

UPDATE: Adora is now 10 years old.

Adora is eight years old and for some time now has shown a wonderful artistic and creative talent. She has a great eye for subject and colour in her drawings and now, it appears, she is demonstrating the same ability to 'see' a picture through the lens of a camera. She expressed an interest in learning how to take pictures so I set she and her sister Shiloh up with two of my cameras. I gave them some very basic instructions and they got out into the garden and started snapping.

It was with the greatest delight I viewed Adora's photos and saw that her natural talent was clearly in evidence. She got some terrific photographs!

The photographs here have only been sharpened and cropped by me but otherwise these are as Adora created them. There will be scanned copies of her hand drawn artwork in coming days.

Nolly ......
who is her very proud grandmother!
